Methodology
We perform our work in line with the criteria of the Executive Search sector. In doing so, we exclusively take the direct search approach. We do not place advertisements.
On the basis of an extensive briefing with our client, we prepare an overall presentation of the project and the job description as well as a detailed requirement profile for the ideal candidate. We also agree upon a list of target companies with our client.
We interview all potential candidates personally. Our client is then provided with an extensive written confidential report.
We present the selected candidates to our client during a personal meeting.
On client request, we can also provide support during the contract negotiations. Generally speaking, after the candidate is hired, we provide support during the integration phase and remain in contact with the candidate and client.
Written reports are sent to the client at regular intervals providing details on the progress of the project.
